Anuga 2015 featured more than 7,000 exhibitors from 108 countries. The exhibitors were particularly impressed by the number of visitors. the solution of attracting buyers from the trade and catering sector ensured that the fair was dynamic. Anuga 2015 also saw an increase in attendance. Around 160,000 visitors from 192 countries attended Anuga in Cologne. Greece was the partner country of Anuga 2015 and the country was successfully represented by more than 200 Greek exhibitors, who presented the diversity and quality of the Greek food industry.
The international importance of Anuga for the food industry also led to numerous high-level political delegations from Germany and abroad visiting Anuga.
